To use, we suggest mixing the dust with some of their hair and bodily fluids to make a paste. Blood, sweat, urine, tears etcetera are all acceptable. Fingernails work just as well. Take the paste and bury it at a crossroads on top of the name of your target inscribed on a piece of paper. Additionally you could mix the dust with vinegar and urine in a jar, place the name of your foe in the jar and shake regularly, store in sunlight for maximum hurt. More simply, you can sprinkle the dust on a path your foe takes regularly to hex then that way.
