Currently based on Ynys Môn, we pride ourselves on being North Wales' number one supplier of all things esoteric, occult and magical; in short we are a bonafide bazaar of the bizarre. If your magic needs it, we can supply it. Please note: we do not supply goods to anyone under the age of 18 unless they have written permission from a parent or guardian.

Check out our products, and if you have any special requests - rare artefacts, ingredients etc - then drop us a message and we will be happy to help. Our products are either sourced from handmade stores, or handmade by ourselves.

Shipping 

We usually ship all orders within 5 working days, in order to give time to our customers to make any changes in their order or cancel accidental purchases.

​Returns and Refunds 

The majority of our items are made of natural ingredients such as oils, perfumes, herbal mixes, powders etc. and are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. We do not offer returns, at all. Refunds may be considered if an item is damaged in some way or 'acting up', but that is it.  

Changes and Cancellations

If you decide to make any changes in your order or cancellations, please do so within 24 hours of the checkout. After this period the order might be shipped and changes or cancellations will not be possible.

After a successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the entire order minus the transaction fees and package cost if the order was already packed and ready for shipment.

Malphas & Co and its members are not responsible for how the products on our website will be used by individuals, nor are we responsible for any demonic possession or bodily and mental harm that may incur through improper, inexperienced, and unprepared use of our wares. Magic, and the occult, is not an open space for experimenting in fancy costumes, you must be confident and clear in your intentions and wary at all times.
