It is used in traditional practices for protection, purification, healing, spiritual strength, courage, psychic abilities and finding your innermost self.

Our hand blended smudge variety is great for use during meditation, divination or any time deep spiritual cleansing is required. We also suggest burning it alongside incense, or creating a smudge bowl.
